The Twin Dragon Carp features two golden carp turning into dragons: carp bodies with dragon heads and flame-like whiskers and fins, circling face to face amid crashing waves.

In Chinese tradition the carp symbolises abundance and prosperity; the word for fish sounds like the word for surplus, signifying plenty year after year and money that keeps flowing. Legend says a carp must swim against the current, fighting through the rapids to leap the Dragon Gate, before it can become a dragon. This yant is not about success already won but about the journey upstream: working step by step until, one day, the carp becomes a dragon.

In traditional belief this yant signifies wealth and career rising together after hard work, while the dragon heads add the meaning of authority and the support of helpful people. A single-carp version is also available, placed on the waist.
